Meet our Programme Director

Margaret Wyn, B.A. Dip Tchg., Dip Bus Admin., PCC is an experienced executive, corporate and personal coach and mentor, in the areas of leadership, performance, corporate change, business management, career/life balance, career change and development, workplace coaching and personal development.

She has a breadth and depth of knowledge and skills acquired through a background in teaching, training and coaching and more than 20 years in the corporate sector, specialising in human resource management, organisational development and corporate change.  She started coaching in 1989, and now focuses exclusively on coaching and coach training. 

As a private business owner with 15 years running her own successful business, Margaret has accumulated exposure to both the public and private sectors.  With degrees in Business, teaching, educational psychology, and formal training in psychological assessment and coaching, Margaret's academic background is grounded in the realities of the real world.   

Margaret is founder of the NZ School of Coaching who bring customised training to a wide range of settings, from commerce to schools, for individuals wanting to set up their own coaching business or work in-house as a Coach.     She is also a Director of The Professional Coaching Company.  Margaret is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand the Australasian Institute of Enterprise Facilitators. 

Margaret has achieved outstanding results with clients using a client focused approach which is based on sound coaching and psychological training and experience.  Her coaching is innovative, creative and action oriented.  She works at a very honest and open level, focusing on each client's unique needs.  She sees her role as to organise energies, help clarify choices and move clients toward action.  The real value that she can offer clients as a coach is to inspire and empower change.
