Coaching Mastery - Mast. Coaching

This programme is for coaches who have had significant experience and are seeking to undertake a higher level of learning in a specialist area.  It involves working on a Thesis topic and producing a body of research to be published.

You will have or will soon be gaining your MCC with the ICF. This is a level 3 programme (equivalent to MCC with the ICF). It is estimated that the work required to accomplish this will take you approximately one year. 

You will work with a MCC or equivalent individual in a relevant profession with a Masters or PhD in the development of your research project who will Supervise you on a regular basis.

Outcomes

• You will produce a body of significant research

• You will publish a book

• You will gain a Mast. Coaching

• 40 credits towards your International Certification with the ICF

• Through this experience you will gain international recognition as a Coach with a significant contribution to make to the Profession of Coaching
